Location The tract is located at the corner of county road 3185 and county road 3182, between Vera and Red Springs. It is roughly 3 miles north of highway 114/82 and is roughly 18 miles from Seymour and 20 miles from Benjamin. It borders the well known and historic Waggoner Ranch.
Land Use The ranch is a combination of wheat fields and wooded flats (approximately 100 ac.) with the majority being in the breathtaking Wichita breaks, frequently referred to as the bad lands. It is great for farming, ranching, hunting and other recreational uses.
